Honest pricing for quality websites
No hidden fees. No surprise invoices. Just clear costs for work that's built to last.
Why websites cost what they cost
You're not paying for pages or pixels. You're paying for strategy, experience, and decisions that stop you needing to redo this in 12 months.
Behind every quote is discovery and planning, content structure decisions, accessibility and performance work, a CMS setup that won't collapse later, and ongoing maintainability. This isn't about charging more - it's about reducing your risk.
One-off project pricing
Most projects sit comfortably within one of these ranges once scope is defined.Small Brochure Sites
Typically £2,500 - £5,000 + VAT
Best for small teams, consultants, local services, or early-stage businesses that need to look credible and convert enquiries, not just exist.
You get a clear positioning story, a site structured around conversion, mobile-first and accessible by default, a CMS you can confidently update, proper SEO foundations, and a site you're comfortable sending people to.
Think of this as a professional online presence that pulls its weight.
Content-Driven Sites
Typically £5,000 - £9,000 + VAT
Best for businesses using their website to attract, educate, and convert, not just list services.
You get thoughtful content architecture, landing pages built around real user intent, a scalable CMS setup for blogs and resources, on-page SEO baked in from day one, performance-focused builds, and clear measurement points.
This is where a website stops being a brochure and starts becoming a tool.
Custom Builds & eCommerce
From £6,000 + VAT
Best for businesses with complexity - systems, workflows, or very specific goals.
You get bespoke architecture designed around how you operate, integrations with CRMs, booking systems, or APIs, smarter user flows that reduce manual work, and a build that considers security, performance, and future growth.
This is less "a website" and more infrastructure.

Pricing FAQs
Common questions about how I price projects and what's included.
The setup fee covers initial discovery, design concepts, and the core build work. It's a smaller upfront commitment than a traditional project, with the remaining investment spread across your monthly payments.
The website is fully yours. You can continue on a month-to-month maintenance plan (typically £99–£199/month depending on your needs), or take the site elsewhere entirely. There's no lock-in or penalty for leaving.
Absolutely. If you'd prefer a traditional one-off project with 50% upfront and 50% on completion, that works too. The managed model is an option, not a requirement.
Larger sites are quoted on a custom basis. Get in touch and we'll scope it properly. The managed model can still work, we'd just adjust the monthly rate accordingly.
For larger one-off projects (£8,000+), I can sometimes split payments into three instalments. We can discuss this during the quoting process.
Copywriting, photography, and video production are separate unless explicitly included in your quote. I can recommend trusted partners for these services, or work with content you provide.
